Myself, Boglarka Eliz Varga and Silje Ree, all graduates from MA courses at UAL hosted an Artist Talk/ Roundtable discussion on Photography and its use as a material within artistic practice. We had the pleasure of having artist Odette England participate in our talk, by giving a presentation about her work and the ways she has used photography in her own practice.
We then introduced the audience to our practice, and had a discussion about photography and themes such as deceptive nature of photography, disrupting photographic images and using personal photographs. The discussion was led by the audience's comments and questions.
